雞腿 2隻, 去骨, 切小塊 (也可換成雞胸肉)
蒜茸 3大匙
醃料:
麻油 1小匙
鹽 1/2小匙
胡椒粉 少許
粟粉 2大匙
汁料:(混合拌匀)
刀標特級生抽 2大匙 (淡味醬油)糖 1/2大匙
水 3大匙
麻油 少許粟粉水 1小匙
做法:
1. 雞腿肉加入醃料拌匀, 醃30分鐘.
2. 食油放入油鍋燒熱, 放入醃好的雞腿肉炸至金黄色, 撈起瀝乾油分.
3. 留一大匙油爆香蒜茸, 加入混合汁料煮滾, 加入炸好的雞肉快速翻炒至汁收乾即可.
