黄薑香煎薯片的做法
1. 馬鈴薯去皮..切片
2. 加入黄薑粉...鹽....拌匀
3. 放入不沾鍋裡, 加入一把咖哩葉..用少許油煎至两面金黄熟透即可
(也可切成塊或長條炸熟...)
4. 愛辣的也可加入咖哩粉或辣椒粉
