原料:
苹果、鸡肉、核桃仁。
做法:
1、苹果鸡肉切同等大小的2厘米见方的小丁;
2、将蛋清粉芡调匀鸡丁,加少许盐搅拌均匀;
3、锅烧热后,加入适量食用油,倒入鸡丁炒熟;
4、将熟核桃仁(沸水煮两分钟煮熟)、苹果倒入锅中,加入味精、盐、酱油、糖适量,稍加翻炒,出锅!
